1. Who we are and what this covers
SenderoMX is an iPhone game by INERIAM Ingeniería Multimedia. This policy explains how the game handles information and what happens if you contact us for support. It applies to SenderoMX, not to third-party websites or services you choose to open.
2. Information used by the game
The game does not require an account, name, email address or location to play. It saves your municipality completion history and other game progress in its local app storage. It also saves choices such as character, music, sound, vibration, appearance, reduced motion and D-pad position as device preferences. These are used to resume your adventure and apply your settings.
SenderoMX does not send this game progress or these preferences to INERIAM servers. Depending on your device settings, Apple’s operating system or backup services may include app data in a device backup; those backups are managed under your Apple settings and Apple’s terms.
3. What we do not include
SenderoMX is a paid premium game. The game contains no ads, in-app purchases or subscriptions. It does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, use an advertising identifier, track you across apps or websites, or sell your game data. Any purchase of the app itself is handled by Apple through the App Store; INERIAM does not receive your payment-card details from the game.
4. Support messages and external links
If you choose to email info@ineriam.com, we receive the email address, message and any information you include. We use it to answer your request and resolve support issues. Your email provider and ours may process the message to deliver it. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for support.
The Information screen can open your email app or an external website. Those destinations operate under their own privacy terms. This policy page itself does not embed third-party analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies; the website host may process ordinary server logs when you visit it.
5. Retention and your choices
Game progress stays in the app’s local storage until you erase the game in Settings, start a new game, or remove the app, subject to any device backups you control. Erasing a game clears its progress but keeps your audio, appearance and control preferences. You can change those preferences in Settings. Removing the app normally removes its local data from the device; a backup may retain a copy until you delete it through your device or backup settings.
Support emails are kept only as needed to answer your request and meet applicable obligations. To ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, email info@ineriam.com from the same address. We cannot access or delete gameplay data stored only on your device.
6. Updates and contact
