1. Overview
Cobranza Digital helps users organize customers, collections, payments, products, notes, folders, and local backups. The app does not require an account or sign-in. INERIAM Ingeniería Multimedia does not operate a server for the storage or synchronization of the business information created in this app.
2. Information created in the app
You may enter information such as customer names, phone numbers, collection details, payments, products, notes, business details, and images. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted by the app to servers controlled by INERIAM.
Local backup files and spreadsheet exports may contain the information you enter. They are created, shared, imported, or restored only when you choose to perform those actions. You are responsible for the destination with which you share a backup, export, or payment ticket.
3. No cloud synchronization or Firebase Analytics
This version of Cobranza Digital for iOS does not use CloudKit, Firebase Analytics, or another INERIAM-operated cloud service to synchronize, analyze, or store your business information.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
The free version of the app may display ads through Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads may process information such as IP address, device identifiers, device and operating-system information, crash and performance data, advertising data, and interactions with ads. This processing is performed by Google and its advertising partners under their own policies.
Where required, the app presents Google’s consent choices through the User Messaging Platform. The app also requests Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission before using the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you do not grant that permission, the app can still request ads, but the IDFA is not included in the ad request.

5. Subscriptions and payments
Cobranza Digital PRO is an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple through the App Store. INERIAM does not collect, store, or have access to your payment-card or Apple Account payment information. The app may keep subscription status and transaction information locally to provide and restore PRO access.
The app uses Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA): Apple Standard EULA.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your locally stored app information remains on your device until you edit or delete it, restore another backup, or remove the app and its local data. You can delete individual records from the app. Deleting the app does not remove backup or export files that you have separately shared or saved in another location.
7. Third-party services
Apple and Google may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies when you use the App Store, subscriptions, or advertising services. We encourage you to review Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s policies linked above.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
